Urbana City Council Meeting, Feb 3, 2014

At the Feb 3rd Urbana City Council meeting, which begins at 7 pm, the council will consider plans for Verdant Prairies Village, located at 704 E Windsor Road in SUNA. This site is the former location of Windsor Swim Club. Gary Olsen is requesting approval for construction of 15 one-story attached townhouse units, 16 two-story attached townhouse units and a three-story 15-unit apartment building.
